  • General Policy
    Due to the nature of our product, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Defective or Damaged Products
    NanoPel thrives to provide exceptional service and the highest product quality. In the unlikely event that a product is received defective or damaged:
    • Customers must notify NanoPel within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
    • NanoPel will provide an exchange for the defective product at no additional cost to the customer.
    • No refunds will be issued.
  • Non-Eligible Cases
    Exchanges will not be provided if the product has been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
  • Exchange Process
    To initiate an exchange, customers must contact info@getnanopel.com. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
