Defective or Damaged Products NanoPel thrives to provide exceptional service and the highest product quality. In the unlikely event that a product is received defective or damaged:
Customers must notify NanoPel within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
NanoPel will provide an exchange for the defective product at no additional cost to the customer.
No refunds will be issued.
Non-Eligible Cases Exchanges will not be provided if the product has been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
Exchange Process To initiate an exchange, customers must contact info@getnanopel.com. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
